E.G.A's Preseason Prep Program is designed to prepare high school and college players in all positions for the rigors of preseason. Fitness with the ball varies by position and many different techniques are part of the program. Individual preseason packets can be brought to the session by the respective players. We will do different preseason packets, beep test, isolated training, ladders, hurdles, chutes, and timed runs. Come get fit for preseason.
